Our cotton range of fabric is made from various counts 2/100, 2/80 both ways and also 50's and 40's in weft, yarn dyed and piece dyed, designs in various weaves using fashion & trendy colours, patterns. As it is made with 100% natural cellulosic fibre it readily absorbs moisture & perspiration, providing great bodily comfort. It does not generate static charges and is skin friendly.
A blend of cotton polyester gives the durability at the same time giving cotton comfort to the user. Cotton polyester fabrics are basically in 2 categories:

Our 100% polyester fabric using various polyester yarns
like Micro, Cotluk (giving feel like cotton), Micrelle which increases the
bulk after processing, polyester stretch. We also use fine deniers like 30
and high twist from 1000 to 2000 twist. We also manufacture fabrics using
spun polyester (PSF) to give more comfort.
We make fabrics using full dull, semi dull & bright polyester. We also use
fancy polyester yarns like CTS, thick & thin, printed yarn etc. This is our

This is a rich mixture of both polyester and viscose fibre giving luster and durability to the fabric. This comes in various blends from 50/50 to 80/20. We also make poly x modal and polyester excel, which gives comfort of modal & excel with added value of durability & easy maintenance.
Our viscose fabric is made from 2nd and 3rd generation viscose. 2nd Generation viscose is modal which has brilliant luster and soft, smooth & silky feel. It gives excellent weaving comfort, good drape, unmatched brilliance of colours, soft handle & a bouncy feel. 3rd Generation viscose is Birla Excel which is similar to tencel. Excel has the best properties of all the natural and synthetic fibres, it is the answer to todays' consumers who want the comfort and luxury of a natural fibre with the engineered properties of man made fibre. Our excel range has a luxurious & silky feel with vibrant colours and enhanced durability.
Our shirting fabrics cater to both over the counter and ready made segment. We manufacture right from formal to casuals in various blends using different types of yarn as described in our segments. Our Designing is in checks, stripes, plains and prints. We use various weaves and structures including extra warp, extra weft, sheer sucker, double cloth, wrinkle fabrics. We also make adjustment designs like cuff & collar, half & half, 3D designs, engineering patta for designer shirting. Our range includes print as well as brasso, embossing, embroidery & various types of coatings to give an elegant look to fabric. We also use various types of fancy yarns e.g. Linen, Slub, Nep, Taspa, Chennile, Printed yarns, intermingle, knott, lycra, stretch to add more value to our fabrics.
